With over 25 years of commercial experience, I have worked as a designer for hire across wide ranging projects. I have continued to work on original and branded digital TV games and apps for iOS, Facebook and Facebook Messenger while supporting projects with marketing assets across print and digital, including merchandise and exhibition stand graphics for trade shows. I have created book covers and layouts, film posters, and websites, helped small businesses with branding, and continued to develop apparel designs.

I successfully worked across projects from concept through completion, working closely with colleagues and clients to create solutions, meeting deadlines and requirements across various media. I have spent many years designing for TV; Interactive games for kids, gambling games for grown-ups, voting apps, sports apps, programming guides, play-along games, puzzles, quizzes, mazes, and word games. From ‘I’m A Celebrity’ to ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ and back again, pretty much anything that you can play or use your television remote control for across many platforms in multiple countries. I led a team of designers that have created award-winning 3D animation, motion graphics and illustration for print, online and TV, achieving a BAFTA nomination.
What I Do
I champion simplicity and impact combined with cost-effective design solutions. I specialise in providing concepts and ideas on a budget and on time for corporate and niche clients who require anything from cute characters to brand identity across print and digital media.
What I Don’t
Code, animate, use 3D, or have a drone pilot license.
Skills
I have strong conceptual skills and deliver designs clearly and efficiently. I am well organised, reliable, and successfully managed teams of designers, art-directed projects, and pitched to clients. I am happy to play a role across any part of a project or take ownership of the entire process. Having worked with well-known brands, I am used to working within guidelines and existing constraints. I take a common-sense approach to solving problems and enjoy the challenge of delivering creative answers.
